Turn on the nvidia-dual-branch image feature so both the LTS and PB
driver branches co-install on one image, selected at boot.
The drivers are selected via the os package's ghostdog-nvidia
subpackage, gated on the image feature.

Increase os-image-size-gib from 4 to 6 to hold the second driver branch
plus headroom.
